Join our team as a Cleanroom Operator

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Cleanroom Operator to support the precision micro-assembly of optical components in a cleanroom environment. This role is critical to our production operations and demands motor skills, a meticulous approach to work, and adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise micro-assembly of optical and optomechanical components in a cleanroom, following established procedures and quality standards.
  
• Use tools like microscopes, alignment fixtures, and dispensers with accuracy and care.
  
• Keep clear and detailed records of assembly steps, materials used, and quality checks.
  
• Handle adhesives, solvents, and other chemicals safely, following cleanroom and safety protocols.
  
• Help with routine cleanroom upkeep and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
  
• Contribute to improving our processes: flag issues, suggest tweaks, and support small changes that make a big difference.
  

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., physics, engineering).
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong fine motor skills; able to work precisely with small components under a microscope.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to following protocols and documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a highly controlled and structured environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements and quality enhancements.
